Terms used in this Agreement:

"Game" — an entertainment gaming event that starts at the time specified in the Organizer's schedule and takes place over a certain continuous period in accordance with the scenario and conditions determined by the Organizer, which include, among other things, compliance with the Rules.

"Service Location" — the website located at: https://moneyear.ru/

"Organizer" — the entity that owns the Site and provides access to the Site as the service provider.

"Personal Data" — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (data subject).

"User" — an individual who has registered on the Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

"Rules" — mandatory requirements and rules for all Participants to follow when receiving Services, including but not limited to: age restrictions, participant composition and number limits for participation in the Game, restrictions related to the Participant's health and physical condition, etc., depending on the conditions for providing a specific type of Service.

"Profile" — a combination of login and password for accessing the User's personal page on the Site, allowing access to the Site's services.

"Site" — a resource hosted on the Internet at https://moneyear.ru/, through which information about Services is provided.

"Service", "Services" — a set of measures to provide User access to the Site, carried out by the Organizer, as well as other related activities in accordance with the instructions of the User, Participant (their legal representative), or another person wishing to participate in the Game personally or ensure the participation of another person(s).

"In-Game Currency" — a conditional unit used on the Site to calculate additional in-game features available to the User. In-Game Currency is not a means of payment and cannot be used outside the Site. In-Game Currency may be awarded to the User without payment upon performing certain actions on the Site. Actions leading to the accrual of In-Game Currency are determined by the Administrator.

"Participant" — an individual who is the recipient of the Service(s) for participation in the Game.

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Clause 2, Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and defines the terms for the provision and receipt of Services, provisions on booking Services, and the conditions for using the Site.

1.2. This Agreement takes effect from the moment the User and/or Participant (their legal representative) expresses consent to its terms in the manner specified in Clauses 1.3 and 1.4 of this Agreement and remains in effect indefinitely.

1.3. By completing the registration procedure, the User is deemed to have thoroughly reviewed and unconditionally accepted the terms of this Agreement in full without restrictions in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation by checking the box indicating consent next to the link to the text of the User Agreement. If the User does not fully or partially agree with the provisions of this Agreement, they are not entitled to use the Site or receive Services.

1.4. The Organizer may unilaterally amend and/or supplement this Agreement at any time without special notification by publishing an updated version on the Site. The updated version of this Agreement takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Site.

If the User does not fully or partially agree with the provisions of the updated version of the Agreement, they are not entitled to use the Site.

1.6. The conditions for using the Site's materials and services are governed by this Agreement and other agreements posted on the Site.

2. Terms of Service Provision.

2.1. To receive Services, the Participant must acquire User status as specified in Section 4 of this Agreement. A person wishing to receive Services may also acquire In-Game Currency in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

2.2. Participants who comply with the Rules in accordance with Section 3 of this Agreement are allowed to participate in the Game.

2.3. The Organizer may organize various promotional activities to attract potential Participants to the Game (promotions, gift cards for participation, etc.). The procedures for their implementation are communicated to Users on the Site and through other methods determined by the Organizer.

3. Rules for Admission and Participation in the Game.

3.1. Persons aged 18 and older are allowed to participate in the Game. Persons under 18 are not permitted to participate in the Game.

3.2. The physical and psychological condition of the Participant must meet the conditions and procedures for conducting and participating in the Game. In particular, the Game does not allow participation by the following categories of persons:

- persons with disabilities,

- persons with any form of mental disorders,

- aggressively inclined persons,

- persons who do not comply with any other conditions of this Agreement or do not meet the requirements specified in this Agreement,

- any other persons for whom participation in the Game may pose a risk of negative consequences.

3.3. The Organizer reserves the unconditional right to refuse to provide Services if there are suspicions regarding the accuracy of the information provided by the Participant (their legal representative) under Clauses 3.1 and 3.2 of this Agreement.

3.4. The Participant and/or their legal representative may independently decide to withdraw from participation in the Game at any time.

4. Payment for Services.

4.1. The provision of Services for access to the Site, including participation in the Game, is available only to registered users. To participate in the Game, the User may acquire In-Game Currency.

4.2. The acquisition of In-Game Currency is voluntary for the User.

4.3. Upon payment for In-Game Currency, it is credited to the User in an amount corresponding to the paid nominal value. After making a payment or transferring an amount in In-Game Currency on the Site, its further use is carried out exclusively within the Site, and the Administrator's obligations to transfer In-Game Currency (credit the payment) are considered fully fulfilled regardless of whether the User utilizes the specified additional features on the Site.

4.4. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Administrator does not perform reverse conversion of In-Game Currency into cash or non-cash funds and does not compensate for any User expenses, including those related to transferring funds to the Administrator, nor does it pay interest for the use of funds. The User is not entitled to acquire In-Game Currency from any third parties or to sell or transfer In-Game Currency free of charge.

4.5. The User acknowledges and agrees that In-Game Currency can only be used to obtain additional in-game features within the Game, and the funds credited to the User's account are non-refunded in any form.

4.6. When paying for the Service, the User confirms that they fully understand and accept the terms of this Agreement and agree that the Administrator reserves the right to remove any content from the Site without notifying the User, including due to the expiration of the Administrator's license agreements with rights holders, and/or to add any content to the Site without notifying the User. Before paying for the Service, the User is obliged to familiarize themselves with the list of content units on the Site. Payment for the Service by the User signifies that the User is familiar with the list of content units and is fully satisfied with its content.

4.7. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Administrator is not responsible to the User for the non-receipt of funds to the User's account for reasons beyond the Administrator's control, including but not limited to: software failures or equipment breakdowns of banks, communication operators, payment systems, and other payment intermediaries that facilitate the receipt of payments for Services from Users and their transfer to the Administrator. The Parties also acknowledge and agree that the Administrator is not obligated to provide the Service to the User until the funds for it are received from the User to the Administrator's account.

5. Terms of Use of the Site's Materials and Services.

5.1. The User is obliged to carefully review this Agreement.

5.2. The Administrator may unilaterally impose restrictions on the use of the Site's materials and services for all Users or specific categories of Users.

5.3. The User is not entitled to use any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms, methods, automatic devices, or equivalent manual processes to access, acquire, copy, or track the content of the Site.

5.4. The User is not entitled to violate the security or authentication system on the Site or any network related to the Site or the Administrator.

5.5. The User is not entitled to use the Site and its content for any purposes prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation or to incite any illegal activity or other activities that violate the rights of the Organizer and/or other persons.
